This is a PMM-style role that sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and performance. You will translate business goals into clear creative direction and campaign strategy, partnering closely with AI Video Creators and media buyers to drive measurable growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and refine value propositions, messaging, and positioning for each brand and SKUTranslate customer insights and competitive intelligence (Hims, Roman, BlueChew, etc.) into compelling narratives and offersOwn customer personas and journey maps across all funnel stages—awareness through retentionDevelop campaign concepts and creative briefs for paid social (Meta/Instagram), email, landing pages, and other B2C touchpointsPartner with media buyers to align creative strategy with performance goals (CPL, CAC, LTV)Outline testing plans covering hooks, offers, angles, and formats to validateAct as the central connector between founders/product owners, video content creators, and performance marketing teamsReview campaign performance data to identify what's working and why, and adjust messaging and creative direction accordinglyMaintain a "what works" playbook of angles, hooks, and formats across brandsEnsure all messaging is consistent, compliant, and on-brand in sensitive healthcare categories (ED, testosterone, GLP-1)Required Qualifications3–6 years in marketing manager, product marketing, or growth marketing rolesStrong B2C/DTC background, ideally in health/wellness, consumer subscription, or telehealth—and/or performance-focused brands with heavy paid socialAgency experience strongly preferred due to multi-brand context and parallel campaign managementExcellent messaging, positioning, and copywriting instincts—able to write or direct strong creative briefsSolid understanding of paid social performance levers: audiences, creative, offers, and landing pagesComfortable with basic analytics: reading dashboards, understanding funnel metrics, framing hypothesesMust have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies.
