Onsite Senior Accountant / IT Auditor (On-site) | Colombia Murano Plaza, Calle 40 Sur, Zona 7, Envigado, Antioquia, Colombia -Work Arrangement **On-site** - You can choose the locations * Bogotá (Edificio Los Rosales Chapinero Area) * Medellín or Envigado (Zona Centro) * Barranquilla - Centro Empresarial las Americas III * Cali (depending on experience) * Coffee Region (depending on experience) -About the Opportunity We are seeking a Senior Accountant / IT Auditor** to join the team of a leading global organization in the HR technology and business services industry. This role offers the opportunity to support international audit and compliance initiatives while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic environment. -Compensation Max. COP $5,500,000 per month -Schedule Frame - 40h to 42h to confirm in the interview** Availability between **7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.** The assigned work schedule will fall within this time frame. -What You'll Do * Support SOC 1 and SOC 2 audit engagements. * Perform walkthroughs and control testing. * Evaluate IT General Controls (ITGCs), including user access, change management, IT operations, and security controls. * Document business processes, risks, and internal controls. * Maintain audit documentation and supporting evidence. * Partner with Accounting, Information Security, and IT teams. * Coordinate audit requests with external auditors. * Assist with remediation efforts and compliance initiatives. -Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field. * 2–4 years of relevant professional experience. * Experience supporting SOC 1 and/or SOC 2 audits. * Experience in Internal Audit or IT Audit. * Knowledge of SOX compliance. * Experience evaluating IT General Controls (ITGCs). * Experience working with external auditors. * Experience in SaaS or cloud-based environments is a plus. -English Requirement **C1 English proficiency (required).** -Skills * Analytical thinking * Attention to detail * Organization and planning * Effective communication * Team collaboration * Leadership mindset -What We're Looking For Candidates whose experience includes one or more of the following: * Internal Audit * IT Audit * SOC 1 * SOC 2 * SOX * IT General Controls (ITGC) * Compliance * Internal Controls * Accounting If you're looking to grow your career in audit, compliance, and IT controls within a global business environment, we'd love to hear from you.
