Responsibilities


The RoleAs the Enterprise Sales Account Executive for the Chicago Region, you will be responsible for growing Modern Health’s presence in the Upper Central region of the United States, directly selling accounts from 1,000 employees to 10,000 employees. You will collaborate with the regional consultant relations leader to educate, build relationships, and cultivate pipeline with this critical channel for our business.  You will also collaborate with the Strategic Market Leader (responsible for accounts above 10,000 employees) in the region on these activities.  You will report to the Enterprise Sales Leader and support and collaborate with peers on that team.  We have a highly collaborative sales team, where we seek to get better every day and work as a team to reach both our revenue targets and our mission of delivering behavioral health solutions to millions! What You’ll DoResearch, prioritize and plan for proactive development of accounts in the territory.Collaborate with the consultant relations manager and Strategic Market Leader to plan for consultant education and relationship development efforts.Lead sales efforts from prospecting through close.Work closely with our Marketing and Sales Development teams to build a strategy for generating demand and interest across multiple major channelsLeverage data and analytical thinking to make key decisions regarding the growth of Modern Health Who You Are/Requirements10+ years of sales experience in the employee benefits or related industry.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.Experience selling to HR executives Able to navigate large, complex organizations while engaging with and influencing executive-level decision-makersAbility to quarterback cross functional sales teams supporting opportunities and lead through expertise and influenceDeep understanding of account and territory planning and the know-how to leverage executive relationships to execute in the roleCommand of your business, a firm grasp on the key metrics of team health, and a system for tracking progress and holding your team accountable for delivering excellent performance with consistencyStrong analytical skills and use data to make decisionsStrong business communication and persuasive communication and presentation skillsIndependent, self-motivated, self-disciplined and collaborative Experience with Salesforce and accurately forecasting Strong team player who can work closely across the sales leadership team, sharing ideas and best practicesImmigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
