Tiugo is truly global company comprised of four profitable and growing developer tool brands (TinyMCE, CKEditor, Uploadcare, ButterCMS). They share a common GTM stack, and a small but mighty RevOps team that keeps the whole engine running. We are a unified RevOps team that owns Sales/Success operations, as well as Marketing operations. This team has experienced very little turnover in the past ~4 years so this is a great opportunity to join a team that does impactful, and visible work.This role will own the marketing platform layer across all four brands: automation, lead lifecycle, attribution, enrichment, analytics, etc. The brands run a common stack and are largely aligned, so this is about making iterating and optimizing on the foundation.This is role is a senior, IC-weighted role, with one direct report to start.This role comes with a healthy balance of autonomy and structured support, real budget, a strong team around you, and an AI toolkit we fund and use for real (We are deep Claude Code/CoWork users in RevOps).Remote, North America.
