We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and driven Real Estate Analyst to join our rapidly expanding team and contribute to our mission of empowering real estate investors across the nation.Our Values:IntegrityAccountable & DependableTeam CentricSystem & Process OrientedService EthicOrganized Efficiency – Risk Management & ComplianceYour Impact:Provide accurate and timely property evaluations to support loan origination and risk assessmentEnsure renovation budgets and pro formas align with market conditions and project scopePlay a key role in streamlining the underwriting process and supporting investor successIn This Role You Will:Evaluate construction draws, budgets, and scopes of work across multiple active projectsAnalyze 5–8 real estate deals and 10–20 construction draws per weekReview inspection reports, draw requests, and supporting documentation for accuracy and consistencyTrack project progress, remaining reserves, and funding timelinesIdentify discrepancies between inspections, budgets, and borrower-submitted draw requestsReconcile property costs before and after rehabilitationConfirm budget accuracy across project types: new construction, cosmetic renovations, full gut rehabs, and multifamily (5+ units)Validate renovation estimates and assess cost allocations across labor, materials, and tradesRead and interpret building plans, scopes of work, and construction documentationNavigate building permits, assessor records, and local compliance requirementApply knowledge of construction sequencing and timelines to assess project feasibility and riskAnalyze borrower-provided pro formas for larger projectsManage a high volume of projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detailRequirements:Background in single or multi-family construction, construction engineering, or general contractingStrong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and project lifecycleAbility to read and interpret building plans and construction documentationExperience estimating materials, labor, and total project costsFamiliarity with building codes, permitting processes, and municipal requirementsExperience working with project budgets, ideally using CSI MasterFormat divisionsStrong Excel skills (required)Ability to evaluate situations using logic and sound judgment rather than strictly following checklistsStrong attention to detail with the ability to assess overall project risk (“big picture” thinking)Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneouslyExcellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholdersPreferred Qualifications:Experience working in lending, draw administration, or construction risk analysisExperience with MLS, CoStar, or similar real estate data platformsStrong quantitative and analytical skillsExceptional attention to detail and process orientationSelf-starter with strong time management and accountabilityAI-Enabled WorkplaceOur company actively incorporates artificial intelligence into daily operations and expects team members to utilize AI tools as part of their standard workflow.
