Hydra Host is building the first true marketplace for compute, connecting independent data centers and compute providers directly to end users, with more hardware and provider diversity than anyone else in the space.We’re looking for an HPC Solutions Engineer to own the design, deployment, and optimization of large-scale GPU clusters for our premium clients. You’ll work directly with our Co-Founder & CTO, partner with customers on technical discovery, and build the reference implementations that power how they use distributed GPU compute.What you’ll do:Architect and manage GPU clusters (NVIDIA, InfiniBand)Deploy and maintain ML environments with SLURMAutomate infrastructure with Ansible and TerraformPartner with data scientists to get models into productionTune systems for maximum throughput and minimum latencyWhat you bring:7+ years in HPC, distributed ML, GPU computing, or systems architectureDeep NVIDIA GPU and InfiniBand experienceSLURM and other HPC scheduler expertiseStrong Ansible/Terraform automation skillsSolid Python chops and ML framework familiarityThis role is fully remote, with a high-agency, high-accountability culture, competitive salary + equity, and flexible PTO.
