Our data center solutions are tailored to our customers’ needs and delivered by our exceptional end-to-end team.Rowan is assembling a strategic portfolio of data center sites in Tier 1 markets across the United States at various stages of development.Role SummaryRowan Digital Infrastructure is looking for an APM (Assistant Project Manager) to support the successful planning and execution of data center development and construction projects across Rowan Digital Infrastructure’s growing portfolio.The successful candidate will work closely with Project Managers and cross-functional partners. The APM will assist with project coordination, reporting, schedule tracking, and issue resolution to help ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who is eager to build a strong foundation in large-scale infrastructure project delivery while contributing to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Travel: Ability to travel up to 25% for company gatherings or to project sites.Location: Can be based at site location or remote.Essential ResponsibilitiesSupport Project Managers in the day-to-day coordination and execution of data center development and construction projectsAssist with maintaining project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and action item logsTrack project milestones, deliverables, and key dependencies; escalate risks and issues as appropriatePrepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards for internal and external stakeholdersCoordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-ups with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and vendorsSupport procurement activities, including tracking contracts, change orders, and invoicesAssist with document control, ensuring drawings, specifications, and project records are current and organizedHelp monitor compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirementsSupport site activities as needed, including occasional travel to active project sitesContribute to continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and reporting standardsEducation, Skills, and ExperienceBachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)3-5 years of experience supporting projects in construction, infrastructure, real estate development, or a related industryStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with document control and project management software is a plus (Procore, P6)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively across diverse teams and stakeholdersDetail-oriented with strong follow-through and problem-solving skillsWillingness to learn and grow into increased responsibility over timeFamiliarity with data center, mission-critical, or large-scale commercial construction projects is a plus but not requiredFueled by Excellence & CollaborationAt Rowan, we are a distributed team united by a common mission to transform data center delivery.
