Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Payment Manager to oversee and optimize payment operations within the iGaming industry. This role is responsible for managing payment service providers (PSPs), improving transaction performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting seamless deposit and withdrawal experiences across European and global markets.Key ResponsibilitiesManage relationships with payment service providers (PSPs), gateways, and financial partnersMonitor and optimize payment performance, including approval rates, processing times, and transaction success ratesOversee deposit and withdrawal processes to ensure a smooth user experienceSupport integration and onboarding of new payment methods across target marketsEnsure compliance with regulatory, AML, and KYC requirements in relevant jurisdictionsAnalyze payment data, identify trends, and implement performance improvementsCollaborate with risk, compliance, product, and tech teams to enhance payment flowsMonitor fraud risks, chargebacks, and payment-related issuesRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)3–6+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or related rolesStrong understanding of payment systems, PSPs, and transaction flowsExperience working in regulated environments or multi-country operationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProfessional proficiency in EnglishPreferred QualificationsExperience in the iGaming, online gaming, fintech, or digital payments industryExperience managing payments in European markets; exposure to US markets is a plusFamiliarity with AML, KYC, fraud prevention, and chargeback managementExperience working with multiple currencies and local payment methodsAbility to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environmentCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive and negotiable salary based on experiencePerformance-based incentives and career growth opportunitiesBenefits provided in accordance with local regulations and company policy
