You use AI to accelerate outreach and personalization and are comfortable working across multiple product lines and industries.ResponsibilitiesGenerate and manage your own leads; own the sales funnel from outreach through close and handover for B2B and B2C high ticket sales.Use AI-powered outreach, personalization and scheduling to accelerate pipeline velocity.Lead discovery, proposal development, negotiation and contract closure.Ensure smooth handover to onboarding and relationship teams; maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts.RequirementsMust-have qualifications• Proven track record in end-to-end sales with consistent closing performance.• Comfortable using AI-assisted outreach and CRM-driven selling; strong negotiation skills.• Resilient, self-motivated, and able to manage a full-cycle sales pipeline; fluent English.Nice-to-have• Experience in healthtech, wellness or enterprise SaaS sales.• Previous work with channel/partner models or higher-ticket consultative sales.BenefitsCompensation & performance bonusesMonth 1–3: Commission-based (10% on all products & services); Fast-start bonus structure (months 1–3 bonus increases commission to 20%).Month 4+: Base salary USD $500–$1,000 per month (based on experience/results) + standard commission (10%) and bonuses (see fast-start).FAST START BONUS: Month 1–3: total 20% commission; Month 4–6: total 15% commission.On-target earnings will vary by performance and commission.Payment & contractor termsIndependent Contractor status only.
