About the RoleRivaro Logistics LLC is looking for a motivated Sales Dispatch Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to onboard carriers and build strong business relationships with them.We operate through carrier MCs, so candidates with experience in carrier sales, dispatch sales, logistics sales, or related fields will be preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and onboard new carriers with Rivaro Logistics LLCContact potential carriers through calls, emails, and other communication channelsExplain our services and build strong relationships with carriersFollow up with prospective and existing carriersNegotiate and close carrier onboarding opportunitiesMaintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and onboarded carriersAchieve assigned sales and carrier onboarding targetsCoordinate with relevant internal teams when requiredRequirementsMinimum 6 months of experience in Sales, Dispatch Sales, Logistics Sales, or a related fieldMinimum Graduate qualificationExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and meet targets in a remote environmentBasic knowledge of computers, email, and Excel/Google SheetsPrior experience in US logistics, trucking, carrier sales, or dispatch sales will be preferredWork From Home RequirementsPersonal laptop in good working conditionStable, high-speed Wi-Fi/internet connectionHeadset with a good-quality microphoneQuiet and professional workspace suitable for making callsWhat We Offer100% Remote WorkFull-time opportunityProfessional growth and learning opportunitiesPerformance-based incentivesSupportive work environmentInterested candidates can share their updated CV at: info@rivarologistics.com
