We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst with strong expertise in Eagle STAR and Eagle PACE within an Asset Management / Middle Office environment.Key Responsibilities:Gather and analyze business requirements from Middle Office stakeholdersTranslate business needs into technical specifications and documentation (BRD, FRD, Data Mapping, Process Flows)Support Eagle STAR (Performance, Attribution & Reporting) and Eagle PACE (Data Management) initiativesPerform SQL-based data analysis, reconciliation, and troubleshootingValidate performance calculations, reporting outputs, and data qualityCoordinate SIT/UAT testing and production releasesCollaborate with Portfolio Managers, Fund Accounting, Performance Teams, and Eagle Vendor SupportRequired Skills:6+ years of overall experience4+ years of hands-on experience with Eagle STAR & Eagle PACEStrong knowledge of Oracle SQL, Eagle Data Model, and Data AnalysisExperience with Agile/SDLC methodologiesProficiency with Jira, ServiceNow, or similar toolsKnowledge of Asset Management and Middle Office operationsUnderstanding of Performance Measurement, Pricing, Corporate Actions, and Benchmark DataExcellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skillsNice to Have:Exposure to FactSet or BloombergKnowledge of Eagle AccountingExperience with Performance AttributionData Migration / Transformation experiencePrior Asset Management or Hedge Fund experience
