Maximum Monthly Salary: - COP $3,000,000. - MXN $18,700. - ARS $1,120 USD approx. - GTQ 7,770. - HNL 26,400. - PEN 3,230. About the Position: - We are looking for a Legal Assistant with experience in probate and estate administration to provide comprehensive support to attorneys throughout all stages of the probate process. - The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in preparing legal documentation, managing case files, and coordinating with courts, clients, and financial institutions. Responsibilities: - Support attorneys in all phases of probate proceedings. - Prepare and file legal documentation related to probate and estate administration. - Manage case files and maintain up-to-date records. - Coordinate communications with clients, beneficiaries, courts, and financial institutions. - Monitor court deadlines, hearings, and legal requirements. - Coordinate the collection and valuation of estate assets. - Assist in preparing reports and accounting records for the estate. - Manage electronic filings and court documentation. Requirements: - More than 2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant in probate and estate administration. - Experience in preparing and filing documents with probate courts. - Solid knowledge of probate procedures and documentation. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal management software. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. - Advanced English (C1 level, written and spoken). - Availability to work on-site.
