We are currently looking for a highly driven Outbound SDR to support their commercial growth by generating new qualified business opportunities in the B2B space. 🎯 About the Role As an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for proactive prospecting, engaging with key decision-makers, and booking qualified meetings for the sales team. This role plays a critical part in building a strong sales pipeline and requires a results-oriented mindset. 🧩 Key Responsibilities Execute high-volume outbound calling (cold and warm outreach). Identify and connect with key decision-makers (Operations Managers, Service Directors, Owners). Clearly communicate the company’s value proposition. Generate and schedule qualified meetings and demos. Accurately log all activities in HubSpot CRM. Handle objections effectively and build rapport quickly. ✅ Requirements Communication & Language Fluent to native-level English (C1–C2) with clear, professional pronunciation. Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills. Experience Minimum 5 years of B2B outbound sales experience (cold calling). Experience in SaaS or related industries is a strong plus. Bachelor’s Degree required. Technical Skills Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Profile Highly resilient and comfortable handling rejection.
