Together, we’re building a more resilient planet – one innovation at a time.Position OverviewThe Program Manager – Sales Excellence is responsible for managing and executing key initiatives that drive commercial effectiveness across North America.Reporting to the Director, Sales Excellence, this role ensures strong cross-functional alignment and drives disciplined execution from planning through field adoption. This individual will play a critical role in connecting strategy to execution and ensuring programs deliver measurable business impact.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the implementation of multiple Sales Excellence programs (e.g., segmentation, CRM, forecasting, business planning, incentive programs)Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and key milestonesCoordinate with project teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, and Analytics teams to ensure alignmentTrack progress, identify risks, and drive resolution to keep initiatives on trackLead regular updates and provide clear, concise reporting to leadershipEnsure consistent execution and accountability across all workstreamsSupport rollout and adoption of new tools, processes, and operating models across the fieldIdentify opportunities to improve processes and drive continuous improvementQualifications8 - 10+ years of experience in program or project managementProven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives at the same timeExperience working across cross-functional teamsStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to influence others and drive alignment without direct authorityPreferred Qualifications - A project manager who has led a complex implementation including systems, process, and behaviors.Experience in Sales Excellence, Sales Operations, or Commercial TransformationExperience with CRM systems (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, etc.)Exposure to forecasting, revenue management, or incentive programsExperience in agriculture or complex B2B environmentsCompetenciesStrong execution focus and accountabilityCross-functional collaborationClear and structured communicationAttention to detail and organizationComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environmentAt FMC Corporation we are guided by our purpose: Innovation for agriculture, Solutions for the planet.
