The successful candidate will have a record of success in thinking outside the box to find the optimal and scalable solutions to problems.WHAT YOU’LL DOOwn the invoicing process by interpreting sales contracts, verifying sales orders and invoices in NetSuite and Salesforce Billing, and delivering the invoices to the customers in a timely mannerProcess credit memos accurately and in a timely manner and maintain proper levels of approval and documentationBe the subject matter expert for customer record and sales transition details in NetSuite and Salesforce BillingSupport and resolve invoicing-related inquiries and requests from external customers and internal cross-functional team members timelySupport the accounting close process and revenue reporting requirements such as reconciling invoices, credit memos, and sales taxPartner with the upstream teams to understand the root cause of customer billing issues and propose scalable solutionsAssist with audit requests and other ad-hoc projectsYOUR QUALIFICATIONS4+ years of relevant experience with Mid to Large Tier ERP systemsBachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.Willing and ability to work Night Shift, coverage through 4:30pm PST (Which will be till 5 AM IST)Superior working knowledge and experience of Microsoft ExcelExperience with NetSuite, SFDC, and Avalara is preferredBENEFITS:Competitive salariesMedical insurance and healthcare benefits for you and your familyFully paid premiums for Term life insurancePersonal Accident InsuranceFlexible hours and PTOGym and fitness reimbursementChildcare reimbursementEQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY:At Egnyte, we celebrate our differences and thrive on our diversity for our employees, our products, our customers, our investors, and our communities.
