Ace IT Careers is recruiting for a current Junior QA Analyst opportunity supporting a technology delivery team. This position is suitable for candidates with foundational software-testing knowledge and up to two years of professional, internship, academic-project, or equivalent hands-on experience.The Junior QA Analyst will help evaluate web-based and business applications, document test results, identify defects, and work with developers and business stakeholders to improve product quality. The successful candidate should be detail-oriented, comfortable learning new systems, and able to explain testing observations clearly.RequirementsReview business requirements and acceptance criteria.Prepare and execute functional, regression, smoke, and usability test cases.Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution.Reproduce reported issues and provide clear supporting evidence.Participate in Agile meetings, sprint planning, and defect-review discussions.Maintain test documentation, execution results, and quality reports.Collaborate with developers, analysts, and other QA team members.Perform basic API, database, or cross-browser validation when required.QualificationsUp to two years of software testing or related project experience.Understanding of the software development and testing life cycles.Familiarity with test cases, test scenarios, defect reports, and regression testing.Exposure to Jira, Azure DevOps, Bugzilla, or a similar tracking platform.Basic knowledge of SQL, API testing, Postman, or browser developer tools is helpful.Strong written communication, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.Ability to work independently in a remote environment.Authorization to work in the United States for the applicable employment arrangement.A college degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field is helpful but not required when equivalent skills or project experience can be demonstrated.Compensation and EmploymentThe anticipated compensation range is $30–$38 per hour, depending on experience, technical alignment, location, employment structure, and the final hiring-employer evaluation.
