ELEKS Software Engineering and Development Office is looking for a Senior/ Team Lead .NET Developer in Poland.ABOUT PROJECTWe are building a web portal for the automation of insurance processes in the Healthcare domain.ELEKS has been collaborating with the client for more than 5 years. Currently, it is one of the biggest accounts within the Business Unit. The team consists of approximately 25 specialists located in Poland and Ukraine.There are currently 8 development teams involved in the project (7 on the customer side and 1 on the ELEKS side). The ELEKS team is primarily focused on developing new functionality and product enhancements.RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and enhance new functionality for the platformDesign and implement scalable backend servicesParticipate in architecture and technical discussionsWrite clean, maintainable, and testable codeCollaborate with distributed teams across the projectFOR TEAM LEAD ADDITIONALLYDrive technical decisions and implementation strategyMentor and support team membersEnsure engineering best practices and code quality standardsParticipate in planning, estimation, and coordination activitiesCollaborate closely with stakeholders and other development teamsREQUIREMENTSAt least 5 years of commercial experience in software developmentStrong commercial experience with C#, .NET 8+ and modern development practicesExperience with Entity FrameworkStrong knowledge of Microsoft SQL ServerExperience with Microsoft Azure (Azure Service Bus)Experience developing RESTful APIsExperience working with Azure Service BusKnowledge of unit testing and xUnitUpper-Intermediate or higher level of EnglishFOR TEAM LEAD ADDITIONALLYExperience leading or mentoring engineersExperience making technical decisions and driving implementation approachesAbility to coordinate development activities and support the teamExperience taking ownership of technical solutions and deliveryNICE TO HAVEExperience in Healthcare or Insurance domainsExperience with AI-assisted development tools such as Windsurf
