We are seeking a proactive and commercially driven Global Supplier and Warehouse Procurement Manager to oversee our global supplier network and support the continued growth of our operations. This role combines strategic sourcing, supplier management, and operational coordination across warehouse and logistics services, ensuring cost-efficiency, scalability, and high service quality across the supply chain.What You'll Do:Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of global logistics service providers (LSPs), including sourcing, onboarding, performance management, and contract terminationIdentify and source new warehouse facilities and logistics partners aligned with business growth and operational requirementsLead RFIs/RFQs, rate negotiations, and annual re-negotiations to ensure cost-efficiency, service quality, and supply securityDevelop and manage supplier contracts, pricing structures, and procurement frameworks in line with company policies and regulatory requirementsBuild and maintaitoring performance (e.g. QBRs), KPIs, and cost savings, and implementing corrective actions where neededCoordinate the setup and implementation of new service centres, distribution hubs, and logistics operations globally, including ramp-up and ramp-down planningStandardise and optimise procurement processes, tools, and documentation, contributing to digitalisation and continuous improvement initiativesAct as a key cross-functional partner, aligning procurement activities with business forecasts, operations, maintenance, and development projectsSupport warehouse and supply chalability, and operational performanceManage procurement-related administration, including rate uploads, invoice and claims resolution, and infrastructure coordination (e.g. hardware, temperature mapping)Serve as an escalation point for operational and structural issues across warehouse and logistics networksWhat You'll Bring:Experience in supplier management and strategic procurementSolid knowledge of pharma regulatory requirements (GDP, GMP) and cold chain logistics standardsStrong tender management, contract and pricing negotiations and supplier performance management skillsDeep knowledge of supply chain/ logistics processes and procurement best practicesExperience working in a multinational organization and with international partnersAbility to analyse data and make decisions based on cost, risk, and company needsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong cross-functional communication skills; able to work closely with internal stakeholdersHands-on mentality with strong process orientationDegree ply Chain, Logistics, or related fieldWhat's In It For You?Flexibility & Balance: Flexible working hours and work-life balance allow you to tailor work to fit your life.Recognition & Growth: Opportunities for career advancement in a company that values your contributions.Flexible ways of working: Our global teams work across our offices , Hyderabad and Basel, with a mix of on-site, hybrid and remote working.
