As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Physician Recruiter who wants to join a high-performing team, earn uncapped commission, and grow with the company. The Role We’re looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Physician Recruiter to recruit physicians for locum tenens and permanent opportunities across the country. You’ll own the recruiting process from initial outreach through placement, developing relationships with physicians, understanding what they’re looking for, presenting the right opportunities, and guiding them throughout the process. This is a performance-driven role for someone who enjoys the hunt, knows how to build relationships, and is motivated by closing placements and growing their business. Responsibilities * Source and recruit physicians across a variety of specialties * Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified physicians * Conduct high-volume outreach through phone, text, email, and other recruiting channels * Develop long-term relationships with physicians * Understand physicians’ career goals, availability, compensation expectations, and geographic preferences * Present relevant locum tenens and permanent opportunities * Screen and qualify physicians for client opportunities * Manage physicians throughout the recruitment and placement process * Negotiate compensation and help close placements * Coordinate closely with sales, credentialing, licensing, and operations teams * Maintain accurate candidate information and activity within our ATS * Consistently follow up with prospective and active physicians * Meet and exceed recruiting and placement goals What We’re Looking For * Physician recruiting experience strongly preferred * Locum tenens or healthcare staffing experience is a plus * Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills * Highly motivated, competitive, persistent, and results-driven * Comfortable with high-volume outbound recruiting * Strong relationship-building and closing skills * Excellent follow-up and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and stay accountable in a remote environment * Comfortable managing multiple searches and physician relationships simultaneously * Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to grow with a fast-moving company Compensation & Opportunity * Competitive base salary * Uncapped commission * Strong earning potential for high performers * Fully remote position * Opportunity for advancement as Emdego continues to grow * Collaborative, entrepreneurial environment * Direct access to company leadership * Opportunity to build and grow your own physician network Why Emdego?
