Idealist Consulting has been B Corp Certified since 2008.The Digital Operations Specialist is a full-time role on our Operations Team.How You’ll Contribute:Facilitate the selection, use and adoption of Idealist Consulting’s tech stackMonitor new system releases, software updates, security compliance requirements, and exceptionsFacilitate platform renewals by auditing staff license use, anticipating needs, and adjusting as neededFacilitate digital tool procurement processFacilitate annual techstack reviewsMaintain data governance standards including file organization and permission setsCoordinate relationship with third-party IT support vendor including equipment and security monitoring  Security committee participationSpearhead internal adoption initiativesMaintain company equipment inventory in SalesforceDrive user adoption of existing toolsTrain Idealist Consulting team on usage normsCreate tip sheetsMonitor #helpdesk and provide troubleshooting support Drive internal adoption and best practices for internal AI usageProject manage AI adoption plans and trainingBe an active collaborator in the AI committeeLead the AI focus groupBecome an in-house Anthropic expertYour Background Includes:Base line:4-5 years of professional experience, preferably in operations or ITExperience in training and onboarding individuals to cloud based solutionsNatural tech-savvy with enthusiasm for growing this experienceStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsSystems thinker with a growth mindsetPrevious experience working with remote teamsComfortable working in Google Suite, Slack, and Salesforce (or other CRM)Extra Credit:Admin experience in Salesforce or other systemsEmpathy for sci-fi nerdery (especially Star Trek)What You Can Expect:Equitable total compensation package & humane work weeksFlexible workday scheduling so you can take personal appointments during the day when you need toHealthcare benefit package options that meet the diversity of our team’s needsGenerous Paid Time Off policyPaid Volunteer Time to encourage community involvement and civic engagement401k employer match and short term leave available with tenureA Little More About Us:Idealist Consulting was founded in 2006 by returning Peace Corp volunteer Rob Jordan to help nonprofits and progressive organizations grow mission impact through technology.
