Requirements and responsibilities


• Responsible for Product Roadmap, negotiating requirements with stakeholders, and prioritizing product initiatives based on business goals. • Contributes to Product Strategy and KPI development, creating user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and using data-driven approaches to validate ongoing work post-launch. • Internal Subject Matter Expert of most relevant business areas. • Consistently stays in communication with stakeholders, team members, and cross-functional peers, both verbally and in written format. • May present product’s business goals and status • Write, or collaborate on writing, detailed documents (Business Requirements Documents, Product Requirements Documents, and/or Specs) for all sizes of features. • Collaborates with key members of the team and takes guidance from Design, Art, Production, and others with a focus on understanding our players and the game experience • Validates data findings and provides business assessment shared with the broader team. • Leads small to medium projects individually without guidance. • Leads large projects with guidance from business leaders. • Collaborates on driving improvements for the development process. • Assists with making build/buy/partner decisions, including developing the business case supporting those decisions.
