Requirements and responsibilities

• Enable your team to solve challenging product problems and build best-in-class frontend experiences for the Stripe Partner Program, including our partner directory and marketplace and partner dashboard • Build and improve backend tools and systems to support the automation of our Partner Program onboarding, ongoing management and benefits delivery • Recruit great engineers, in collaboration with Stripe’s recruiting team • Help engineers advance in their careers and develop new skills • Contribute to engineering-wide initiatives as a member of Stripe’s engineering management team
