Teledyne Lincoln Microwave is looking for a Manufacturing Operator to join our Manufacturing Team based at Firth Road in Lincoln. This hands-on role involves building, tuning, testing, and delivering highly technical products for niche Microwave applications. The successful candidate will work closely with the Production Manager and will be responsible for using a range of assembly techniques, maintaining production data, records, and assessments, and ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations. The role also involves meeting production output targets, completing investigation and repair work for customer returns, and supporting changes in housekeeping and visual management programs. Responsibilities: - Build products using a range of assembly techniques including Soldering, Epoxies, and Fine Wire Bonding in-line with defined data packs - Tune and test products to specification using a range of test equipment - Accurately maintain production data, records, assessments, and manufacturing paperwork, raising change requests to keep the documentation current - Proactively manage and promote safe working in compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental regulation, procedures, and other company requirements - Work to meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly production output targets - Complete investigation and repair work for customer returns within agreed timescales - Support and be involved in changes supporting housekeeping and visual management program
