We are seeking a Senior Director of Pharmacovigilance to lead the Pharmacovigilance & Drug Safety programs at our organization. The ideal candidate will provide medical oversight for pharmacovigilance, drug safety, case management, and risk management for investigational and marketed products. They will ensure compliance with regulations, company policies and procedures, and oversee the assessment of the safety profile of all products, signal detection, and the mitigation of potential safety risks. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of pharmacovigilance regulations, risk evaluation and mitigation strategies, clinical safety assessments, and interactions with regulatory authorities. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment.
