Responsibilities: - Lead and empower a team of 6-10 sales representatives (BDM). - Set weekly/monthly sales targets, drive performance, and maintain high work ethic and moral standards. - Mentor and develop the sales team, focusing on prospecting and driving internal processes to set up partner restaurants for success. - Consistently meet and surpass monthly sales objectives. - Communicate company directives, sales goals, and rationale with clarity. - Maintain a consistent presence on the sales floor and address urgent partner concerns. - Hold weekly 1:1s with the team to improve key metrics and offer actionable feedback. - Resolve issues promptly and efficiently, and uphold company directives and team-specific protocols. - Enhance team output, key metrics uplift, and cultivate a culture that focuses on top-notch sales support. - Collaborate with onboarding teams to efficiently activate the best restaurants in France. - Represent and uphold Deliveroo's values and brand.
