We are a fast-growing SaaS company helping venues and event spaces increase their bookings with AI-powered tools. Our clients are based in the US, UK, and Canada, and we are expanding quickly. Our mission is to help venues grow their business through better technology and AI, and we want you to be a key part of that journey. Responsibilities * Lead onboarding calls with new clients (English required) * Manage implementation: client data, integrations, and ensure go-live within 2 weeks * Proactively check in with customers to confirm ROI and satisfaction * Collaborate with the support team and developers to resolve issues quickly * Monitor accounts to reduce churn and drive renewals Requirements * Strong English (near-native, client-facing) * 2+ years of experience in SaaS Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation * Comfortable on video calls, excellent communicator * Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive * Bonus: experience with CRM, marketing automation, or AI tools * Spanish fluency is a plus Compensation & Benefits * Base salary: $30,000–$35,000 USD/year * Performance bonus: $4,000–$8,000 USD/year tied to retention and onboarding success * OTE: ~$34,000–$43,000 USD * 100% remote, exclusive full-time role * Career growth into Customer Success leadership as the company expands How to Apply Send your resume in English and a short note about your SaaS CSM experience.
