🔵 Requirements: ◽ Proficient in following up and getiting contracts signed to closing files, meet deadlines, customer service to talk to clients and get pertinent information to close their property. ◽ Candidate with attention to detail skill, focused on tasks, organized and autonomus, resourceful, quick to learn. ◽ Is required to be bilingual. 🔵 Responsibilities: ◽ Give follow-up to contracts and paperwork with the clients, title companies, lenders and managers. ◽ Inputting information in MLS Multiple listing services, listing manager and keep all data. ◽ Schedule with professionals (photographers, etc.) for further activities.
