This role is focused on scaling the business, driving operational excellence, expanding service offerings, and delivering measurable outcomes that support growth and profitability. Partnering closely with the CEO and key leadership, the role requires strategic vision, hands-on execution, and a deep understanding of building high-performing operational foundations to create long-term value.Essential Functions and Position ResponsibilitiesOversee regional and practice-level leadership (practice managers, directors, and administrative leaders), ensuring accountability for site-level execution, compliance, and performance.Spearhead tactical operations throughout the business enterprise by establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with enterprise goals, consistent implementation, and sustainable growth.Drive enterprise expansion through new market entry, strategic partnerships, service line development, and acquisition integration, working across departments to capture synergies and deliver increased EBITDA and profitability.Collaborate with clinical leadership to define care delivery priorities, standardize workflows, and ensure regulatory compliance while elevating service quality and outcomes across the business.Forge strategic partnerships across executive and departmental leadership to advance key business initiatives, foster cross-functional influence, and accelerate enterprise-wide objectives.Act as a strategic extension of the CEO, translating vision into actionable operational initiatives, advising the board on enterprise direction, and cultivating a leadership team that generates results, alignment, and organizational excellence.Partner with finance leadership to develop budgets, forecasts, utilization models, and resource allocation strategies to facilitate margin optimization and ongoing value creation.Sponsor enterprise initiatives around standardization, automation, & technology adoption to increase efficiency, scalability & data-driven decision-making.Maintain executive-level oversight of compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and payer requirements.Position RequirementsBachelor's degree in a relevant field required, MBA or relevant master's degree preferred.10 – 15 years of progressive operational leadership experience in a multi-site healthcare practice setting.Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to guide and motivate teams.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a tactical mindset.Proven track record in developing and implementing successful strategic plans.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Strong business acumen and understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.Advanced knowledge of strategic planning methodologies and tools.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the agility to adapt to changing priorities.Professional certification in data-driven process improvement and implementation methodologies (ex: Lean Six Sigma, Agile, etc.), strongly preferred.Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel functions.Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.Experience using an EMR system, preferably Athena.Authorization to work in the United States without requiring authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.A satisfactory background check inclusive of driving records, criminal records, employment references, education, social security, and OIG exclusions.Physical Demands and Work EnvironmentLocated in fast-paced, professional office and clinical environments with a noise level that is generally moderate.Regular use of standard office equipment (including computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, fax machines, etc.).Extensive and regular periods of sitting, standing, bending, walking, seeing, talking, and listening.Adequate visual acuity including ability to read information.An occasional requirement to reach with hands/arms, stoop, kneel, or crouch.An occasional requirement to push, pull, lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.Hybrid office environment with the ability/flexibility to travel as neededBenefitsCompetitive CompensationHealth, Dental, and Vision InsuranceHealth Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Savings Account (FSA) Option401k Retirement PlanLife and Disability InsurancesPaid holidays/PTOPlease note: Advantia Health is dedicated to providing unparalleled healthcare to our customers by employing the most highly-qualified individuals.
