Job Title: ERP Functional Analyst – Oracle Fusion (26912-1) Location: Owings Mills, Maryland, United States Job Type: Contract Pay Rate: $53/hr Industry: Information Technology and Services Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced ERP Functional Analyst (Oracle Fusion) with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional knowledge of ERP Cloud systems (AP, AR, FA, CE) and proven experience in leading successful ERP implementation projects. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and support Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AHCS) implementations and enhancements * Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements * Translate complex business processes into efficient ERP solutions and workflows * Provide functional expertise in AP, AR, FA, and CE modules within Oracle Fusion Cloud * Partner with technical teams for system integrations and data migrations * Manage ERP project deliverables using Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and ServiceNow * Troubleshoot issues, perform impact analysis, and propose effective resolutions * Ensure alignment between business objectives and system functionality * Promote collaboration and empower cross-functional teams to deliver project success Required Skills & Experience: * 7+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AHCS) * 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / ERP Implementation Specialist * Proven record of leading and delivering successful ERP projects * Strong understanding of ERP Cloud systems, Business Process Flows, and integration methodologies * Proficiency with Agile frameworks, JIRA, and ServiceNow * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills * Experience with integration tools and cloud-based ERP solutions * Strong leadership, collaboration, and attention to detail Why Join Us: * Work with a forward-thinking IT organization * Be part of strategic ERP transformation initiatives * Opportunity to collaborate with a highly skilled and dynamic team Expires On: November 30, 2025
