Lovingly is seeking an experienced Business Process Manager to help scale our operations and drive continuous improvement. As a fully remote team, we value curiosity, positivity, and collaboration. In this role, you will lead the organization to ensure efficient and effective business processes. You will identify areas for improvement, implement process training, and drive continuous improvement through AI and other emerging technologies. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in process improvement initiatives and a strong understanding of modern tools and technologies. Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the analysis, design, and implementation of business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness - Identify opportunities for hyper-automation and drive continuous improvement through AI, machine learning, and other emerging technologies - Collaborate with the IT team to integrate technology into business processes - Oversee the gathering of requirements from stakeholders and document processes - Conduct process flow analysis and mapping - Create policies and procedures to ensure processes are up to date and meet organizational requirements - Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation by working alongside employees to analyze workflows and provide process training and support
