Requirements and responsibilities

About the Role: We’re a New York–based digital growth agency helping fashion and streetwear brands scale through paid social and CRO. We’re looking for a skilled Media Buyer to manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns for small to mid-sized Shopify brands. Responsibilities: The Media Buyer will manage and optimize Meta ad campaigns, monitor and analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, and ROAS, test new creatives and offers alongside the CRO team, and maintain daily communication with the team through WhatsApp and Loom. Requirements: Candidates should have 1–3+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience, strong communication skills, and a reliable work ethic. You must be available to work during EST hours. An interest in fashion, streetwear, or youth culture is a plus. Trial Phase: This position begins with a paid trial phase at $8 per hour for 10–15 hours per week over 3–4 weeks. Top performers will be considered for additional hours and long-term placement with Elevate Media.
