Role Overview As a Senior Manager in our Transaction Advisory practice, you will lead financial due diligence engagements across a range of industries. You will be responsible for managing deal teams, reviewing complex financial data, and advising clients through both buy-side and sell-side transactions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with decision-makers, thrives in a collaborative boutique environment, and wants to help shape a growing practice. Key Responsibilities * Lead and execute buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity and corporate clients. * Analyze quality of earnings, working capital, debt, and other key deal metrics. * Identify and communicate deal issues, value drivers, and key business trends. * Review and challenge client-prepared financial models and supporting data. * Manage day-to-day client interactions and act as the primary point of contact. * Prepare and present clear, concise due diligence reports and findings. * Collaborate with tax, valuation, and accounting advisory teams where applicable. * Supervise, mentor, and develop consultants and managers on project teams. * Participate in business development efforts, including proposal writing and client presentations. * Contribute to refining internal processes and practice development initiatives. Qualifications * CPA or equivalent professional qualification required. * 7–10+ years of relevant experience in Transaction Advisory, Financial Due Diligence, or M&A. * Prior experience in a Big 4 or boutique advisory firm strongly preferred. * Proven ability to lead client engagements and manage multiple workstreams. * Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills. * Strong analytical, communication, and project management abilities. * Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in growing a boutique practice.
