Zscaler is seeking a Software Engineer to design and develop software products for cloud security. The ideal candidate will have experience in software engineering within a Networking and/or Security space, automation framework development using Python, and extensive knowledge of Unix/Linux environments. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex engineering projects and contribute to Zscaler's mission of making the cloud a safe place to do business. Responsibilities: - Design and develop software products for cloud security - Debug and troubleshoot issues within Zscaler products running on Unix systems - Review product specifications and write test cases and test plans - Assist in the development and delivery of training to cross-functional teams - Recreate complex customer and production reported issues to determine root cause and verify the fix
