SUMMR Creative is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Brand & Web Designer to support the agency’s client projects across food & beverage, health & wellness, fashion, and travel. We specialize in branding, web design, and strategic content, and we’re growing our team to take to translate more businesses into thoughtful brands with high-converting web experiences. * This is a long-term role, but we will start with a one-month paid trial period to assess performance and fit. * Estimated Weekly Hours: 12–20. * Location: Remote. * Start Date: ASAP. * Compensation: Hourly, based on experience. Who You Are Creative & Strategic – You design with intention, blending beauty with functionality for both brands and websites. Detail-Oriented & Organized – You catch small design inconsistencies and ensure files, templates, and sites are clean and professional. Adaptable Across Platforms – You feel comfortable designing for Shopify, Squarespace, and brand identity projects with ease. Tech-Savvy & Problem-Solving – You have a working knowledge of basic CSS and can troubleshoot simple site customization needs. What You’ll Do Branding: - Design brand identity suites (logos, typography, color palettes, brand assets) in Adobe Illustrator. - Develop brand guidelines and supporting visual systems. - Create assets for brand launches, marketing materials, and social media. Web Design: - Design and build websites on Shopify and Squarespace, ensuring they are both beautiful and high-converting. - Customize templates and implement light CSS edits as needed. - Source and optimize imagery for web use. - Conduct basic site QA before handoff or launch. Client Collaboration: - Attend brand and web project kickoff meetings to gather creative direction. - Present design drafts and iterate based on client feedback. - Communicate project progress in Notion and Zoom. Asset Management & Delivery: - Organize and package final deliverables for client handoff. - Maintain internal asset libraries and file structures. Skills & Tools Needed - Adobe Illustrator (advanced level). - Shopify (theme customization, basic build-outs). - Squarespace (website setup and customization). - Basic-level CSS/Javascript coding knowledge (comfortable making small site edits).
