Our unique approach to securitization combines the best minds in financial services with the know-how, flexibility, and innovation of leading technologists.Job InformationIn this critical role, the Sr. Associate supports the Finance Manager and Director in executing enterprise-level planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting and analysis, including developing materials for reporting to Executive Committee, and the company's Board of Managers. The Sr. Associate is a key contributor in maintaining the financial planning system, developing the system roadmap and implementing business process and system enhancement initiatives.Key Job FunctionsCoordinates with business partner FP&A team to prepare and validate consolidated planning, budgeting and forecasting. Supports the development of planning and forecasting material.Supports the Manager of FP&A in creating reporting packages, works closely with business partner FP&A and accounting teams to gather inputs and validate data accuracy, and contributes analytical commentary and performance insights.Supports the development of financial models and runs scenario analyses under the FP&A Manager / Director’s guidance to support decision-making and executive discussions.Maintains FP&A systems, executes data uploads and reconciliations, and supports system enhancements and process improvements under the Manager's direction.Works closely with business partner FP&A and accounting teams to gather inputs, consolidate data, and ensure accurate financial reporting.Supports risk management activities within FP&A, including and not limited to: process risk assessment, Process Procedure and RCM updates, RCSA, KI reporting, Data Governance.EducationBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field;CPA or MBA in Finance or similar degree preferred.Minimum ExperienceMinimum of 5 years in Financial Planning and Analysis supporting business or technology areas.Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring employer sponsorship currently or in the future.
