Our CSMs don’t manage accounts — they own outcomes.We’re hiring a Client Success Manager who moves fast, thinks in data, sweats the details, and treats every client like their own business.RequirementsWhat You’ll Actually DoOwn 20–40 client accounts end-to-endYou are the single point of accountability for client results and retentionRun onboarding, set strategy, deliver results, retain the account — the full lifecycle2-hour response time during business hours, no exceptionDrive results, not reportsAnalyze brands' performance and profitability weeklyDiagnose problems before the client notices themTranslate numbers into clear, confident client communicationExecute with precisionBuild and follow structured processes for every account (audits, keyword research, campaign architecture, optimization cycles)Log every change. Document every decision. Nothing slips through the cracks.Coordinate with PPC strategists daily — you own the relationship, they own execution, and both of you own the resultFlag and escalate within hours, not daysOperate at Trivium’s paceWe don’t do slow. Scaling decisions get 2–3 weeks to play out, then we adjust.
