We’re Hiring: M365 Customer Success Engineer | Remote | W2We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Customer Success Engineer to support customer engagements focused on improving the health, performance, governance, and adoption of Microsoft 365 environments.This role is ideal for a professional with 8–10+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 administration, optimization, and customer support who can work closely with senior architects and customer success teams.Key Responsibilities:Perform Microsoft 365 tenant health checks across core workloads, including Office, Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive.Review M365 Apps performance and identify configuration or usage issues.Collect and validate network readiness data such as latency, connectivity, and bandwidth.Analyze usage and adoption reports for Teams, Office Apps, OneDrive, and SharePoint.Identify low-adoption areas and share insights with senior architects.Support customer governance reviews and operational best practices.Create assessment summaries, usage reports, action trackers, and other customer-facing deliverables.Participate in customer workshops, reviews, and success planning sessions.Required QualificationsMinimum 8 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and optimization.Strong experience with Microsoft 365 Apps such as Office, Teams, and Outlook.Knowledge of SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and OneDrive for Business.Strong documentation, analysis, and customer communication skills.Role Type: W2Location: RemoteVisa Accepted: Independent
