We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Molecular Diagnostics Coordinator to support our growing diagnostic operations across Canada. This role is heavily operations-driven, with a primary focus on managing diagnostic testing workflows and delivering exceptional stakeholder communication. The position is ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-oriented, fast-paced healthcare environment and is eager to learn the technical aspects of oncology diagnostics while coordinating across multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the full lifecycle of molecular diagnostic testing orders from requisition to final reporting. - Review test orders for completeness, accuracy, and compliance. - Coordinate specimen collection, pathology releases, shipping logistics, and lab submissions. - Track testing progress and proactively resolve delays or operational issues. - Serve as the main point of contact for providers, clinics, patients, and lab partners. - Respond to inquiries related to test selection, logistics, timelines, and reporting. - Maintain clear, timely communication across all stakeholders. - Maintain accurate records and tracking within internal systems. - Develop a working knowledge of molecular diagnostics and testing workflows. - Support the onboarding and training of new clinics on ordering processes. - Identify workflow improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience. - Ensure strict adherence to quality, compliance, and privacy standards. Must-Have Requirements: - Experience in healthcare operations, customer support, and diagnostic testing. - Strong organizational and coordination skills with high attention to detail. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Exposure to healthcare account management or client relationship support. - Ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously. - Comfortable learning technical and scientific concepts. - Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
