We’re looking for an AI Automation Engineer to design, deploy, and optimize AI agents for voice, SMS, and email automation. You’ll build n8n workflows, implement RAG pipelines, and integrate AI into a custom CRM to enhance customer engagement and automation.Key Responsibilities:Build AI agents for voice calls, SMS, and email workflowsDevelop and manage n8n automations (APIs, webhooks, logic, triggers)Train and optimize AI for lead qualification, support, and salesImplement RAG pipelines (vector DBs, embeddings, semantic search)Integrate LLMs and third-party tools (Twilio, WhatsApp, email, scheduling)Develop AI-powered CRM features (lead scoring, follow-ups, triggers)Monitor and improve workflow performance, accuracy, and costRequirements:3+ years of relevant experienceStrong hands-on experience with n8n (code + no/low-code)Solid knowledge of AI agents, LLMs, and RAGProficiency in Python or JavaScriptExperience with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and vector databasesExperience with prompt engineering and AI optimizationFamiliarity with CRM integrationsNice to Have:Experience with LangChain, OpenAI, or similar toolsVoice AI (STT/TTS) experienceBackground in sales/marketing/support automationCloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)End-to-end AI system developmentCompany: Gunness & Associates
