We are providing them with Proprietary Software Solutions, Paid Search, Agency of Record and Content Marketing. We are looking for someone special that can join us and think differently to close deals. It’s your responsibility to put these products in front of as many people working at car dealerships as you can. We will give you all the tools to succeed, you set your goals and we help you achieve themEssential Responsibilities:Responsible for implementing individual marketing plansDevelop or participate with the Senior Staff in the development of the Strategic Marketing Plan for the CompanyCoordinate sales operations with all other departments/divisions of the CompanySeek out and target new customers and new sales opportunities and initiate an action plan to approach and secure new business for the Company through emails, phone calls and other outreach tactics that will be provided for you.Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified leads by effectively engaging and nurturing existing relationship-based leads.Operate independently in day-to-day sales activities while staying aligned with the company’s broader strategic goals.Effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and understand how data and insights impact business performance.Generate monthly fee target of $6,500 per monthQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a business-related fieldMinimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales management capacityRetail auto experience or dealership vendor/supplier experienceWillingness to travel upon requestSkills & Experience:Strong motivational, innovative, and interpersonal skillsComfortable making calls to get potential businesses interested in what we have to offerProven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve objectives with a team approachUnderstand corporate budgeting and the analytical considerations that inform overall business strategy.Comfortable speaking in public settings, with experience leading presentations and communicating ideas clearly.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
