This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll work directly with managers and leaders to support organizational effectiveness, talent programs, and day-to-day HR operations that scale. You’ll report directly to the Director of HR Operations and be a core contributor to Teramind’s people function as we continue to grow.This is the right role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, globally distributed environment, is comfortable navigating ambiguity, and knows how to balance tactical execution with forward-thinking people strategy.WHAT YOU’LL DOStrategic PartnershipPartner with managers and business unit leaders as a reliable HR resource across your assigned client groupsHelp translate business objectives into practical people plans supporting workforce planning, org health, and team effectivenessCoach and advise managers on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, and employee developmentUse people data and HR metrics to identify trends and support informed decision-makingTalent & PerformanceSupport performance management cycles including goal-setting, mid-year and annual reviews, feedback loops, and development planningHelp identify capability gaps and build development plans in partnership with managersAssist with headcount planning and workforce modeling in collaboration with Finance and leadershipPartner with Talent Acquisition on role scoping, leveling, job descriptions, and hiring manager prepEmployee Relations & CultureManage employee relations matters with sound judgment, discretion, and appropriate escalationServe as a go-to resource for employees navigating performance concerns, workplace conflicts, leave, or policy questionsSupport Teramind’s culture and values, especially as we scale a remote, distributed workforceHelp leaders communicate and land organizational changes effectivelyPeople Programs & OperationsSupport the rollout and ongoing operation of core people programs: onboarding, engagement surveys, and HRIS toolsContribute to compensation reviews and benchmarking within assigned client groupsEnsure HR policy compliance and flag jurisdictional nuances to the Director of HR Ops as neededDrive HRIS adoption within your client groups and help maintain data accuracyWHAT YOU BRING4+ years of progressive HR experience, with meaningful time spent in an HRBP or strategic HR advisor roleExperience supporting managers and employees in a high-growth, technology, or SaaS environmentWorking knowledge of US employment law and multi-state compliance; familiarity with remote workforce modelsDemonstrated ability to manage employee relations matters with good judgment and appropriate escalationComfort using people data and analytics to support and communicate decisionsExperience with HRIS platforms; familiarity with ATS tools (Rippling and Greenhouse a plus)Strong written and verbal communication — you can write clearly and hold a difficult conversation with confidenceBachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; SHRM-CP/PHR, preferredNICE TO HAVEExperience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or workforce analytics industriesExposure to globally distributed teams and cross-border HR nuances (EMEA, LATAM)Background in compensation benchmarking or Total Rewards supportExperience supporting companies through rapid growth or organizational changeWHAT WE OFFERCompetitive base salary + performance bonusFully remote — flexible, asynchronous-friendly work environmentHigh-visibility role with direct access to senior leadership and meaningful strategic scope from day oneA global, mission-driven team working on genuinely hard problems in the security and compliance spaceBenefitsThis is a remote job.
