About the Role: As an IT Recruiter at One Desk IT, you'll be the bridge between exceptional candidates and the roles that need them. You'll manage end-to-end recruitment for the following technical positions:IT Support EngineersDesktop Support EngineersNetwork EngineersData Center TechniciansYour Responsibilities Will Include:Sourcing, screening & shortlisting candidates for the above technical rolesUnderstanding job requirements deeply to identify the right technical fitManaging job postings across LinkedIn, job boards & talent networksConducting initial interviews and coordinating with hiring managersBuilding and maintaining a strong pipeline of IT professionalsNegotiating offers and managing candidate experience end-to-endStaying updated on IT hiring trends and talent market shiftsWhat We're Looking For:Strong understanding of IT job functions & technical terminologyExcellent communication & stakeholder management skillsSelf-motivated and able to work independently🌍 100% Remote Position Work from anywhere; all you need is a reliable connection and a recruiter's instinct.
