ROLE SUMMARY The Program Manager leads multiple complex SDLC projects and begins to manage a small team of direct reports. This role is expected to operate with significant autonomy, mentor less experienced PMs, guide clients at all levels, and contribute meaningfully to sales pursuits, financial management, and the internal PMO strategy.
