Responsibilities

Recruiting Responsibilities: - Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, internal referrals, and direct outreach. - Build and maintain an active pipeline. - Conduct first-touch outreach and phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, availability, and interest. - Manage candidates through the ATS from application to offer, ensuring accurate and timely documentation. - Partner with US-based hiring managers and HR Business Partners to align on role requirements and candidate profiles. - Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams across US time zones. - Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the process, maintaining a positive and organized experience. - Track and report on recruiting metrics, including pipeline volume, time-to-fill, and conversion rates. - Stay informed of sourcing trends, diversity recruiting strategies, and labor market conditions in targeted US regions. - Attend regular team syncs with the US-based team. - Operate with strong asynchronous communication skills. - Other duties as assigned.
