Quality Manager — DIN EN 9100 / Aerospace & Aviation at European Tech Recruit

We are partnered with a global leader in electronic components and circuit protection solutions. The team is looking to hire a Quality Manager to own and develop the quality management system at their Bremerhaven facility, reporting directly to senior management.Key responsibilities for this Quality Manager position:Own the planning, organisation, and management of the QM system in accordance with DIN EN 9100.Develop, maintain, and document QM processes and ensure alignment with the quality management manual.Prepare, execute, and support internal and external audits.Conduct root cause analysis and define and implement corrective actions.Lead and develop the quality management team.Report directly to senior management on QM system effectiveness and compliance.Key requirements:Technical qualification in electrical, aerospace, or aviation engineering — or equivalent vocational background (e.g. electronics, mechatronics, aircraft electronics).Certified Quality Management Representative and Internal/External Auditor to DIN EN 9100 — essential.Knowledge of aviation law and regulatory compliance.Several years of practical experience in a Quality Management leadership role.Fluency in German is essential; good English required.Keywords: Quality Manager / Quality Management / DIN EN 9100 / Aerospace / Aviation / QMS / Internal Auditor / External Auditor / Root Cause Analysis / Corrective Actions / Aviation Law / ERP / Bremerhaven / Germany / Onsite / Permanent / German / EnglishIf you are interested in this Quality Manager position, please send a copy of your CV to ts@eu-recruit.com
