Job Title: Manager – International Business Development. Location: Work from Home (Remote). Domain: Defence Electronics | Aerospace | Strategic Electronics. International Markets: Europe | North America | Asia | Africa. Drive Global Defence Business Growth: We are seeking a highly accomplished Manager – International Business Development to spearhead global sales expansion for advanced indigenously developed Defence and Aerospace electronic systems. This strategic role demands a seasoned professional with deep expertise in international defence sales, radar systems, electronic warfare (EW), avionics, and strategic relationship management across global defence ecosystems. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, evaluate, and penetrate new international markets with strong demand for Defence Electronics and Aerospace Systems. - Build strategic relationships with foreign defence ministries, armed forces, aerospace organizations, government agencies, OEMs, and system integrators. - Establish and maintain strong partnerships with international customers, channel partners, distributors, agents, and strategic stakeholders. - Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for international tenders and defence procurement programs. Educational Qualification: - BE / B.Tech in ECE / EEE / E&I or equivalent – Mandatory. - MBA in Marketing – Highly Preferred. Experience: - 15–20+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing within Defence & Aerospace sectors. - Strong exposure to international business development and defence procurement environments. Experience in one or more of the following regions is highly preferred: - Europe: Italy, Spain, Germany, France, UK. - Asia: South Korea, Japan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam. - Americas: USA, Canada, Brazil. - Africa: South Africa, Egypt. We are particularly interested in professionals who are: - Currently employed in Defence Electronics / Radar / EW / Avionics organizations. OR - Retired senior leaders from reputed Strategic Electronics / Defence organizations. - Strong network with key decision-makers in Defence Ministries, Armed Forces, Government Bodies, and Strategic OEMs. - High credibility and standing within the local defence ecosystem.
