Requirements and responsibilities

Overview:Overview:HealthEdge is in a period of rapid growth and consolidation following recent mergers. The Business Technology team exists to make sure the systems that power our business keep up — not just running, but evolving alongside the teams that depend on them. We're hiring two Senior Business Systems Analysts to join our GTM Systems team and help us do exactly that. The GTM Systems team owns Salesforce and the broader GTM tech stack that powers how our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services and Support organizations operate. As a Senior BSA, you'll be a core contributor on that team — building solutions, partnering directly with GTM leaders to define our AI strategy and driving implementation that changes how the business runs.If you love translating messy business problems into clean systems solutions, reach for AI tools before someone tells you to, and thrive in environments where the playbook is still being written — this role is for you.IN THIS ROLE, YOU'LL GET TOBuild and ship. Own the Salesforce platform for your GTM domain — configuration, automation, integrations and data — from requirements through deployment and ongoing health.Lead AI strategy and enablement. Partner directly with GTM teams to define our AI strategy and lead implementation — using Claude, AI agents and other tools to reimagine workflows, not just automate the current state.Be the trusted partner. Embed yourself in how GTM teams actually work — surfacing friction before stakeholders have to tell you about it, translating what you find into requirements, and building the case for what needs to change.Think in systems. Design solutions for longevity — thinking upstream and downstream, anticipating what breaks three hops down the road and building for scale, not just speed.Measure what matters. Connect what you build to business outcomes. Know whether your solution moved the needle and be able to explain impact in business terms, not just technical ones.Raise the bar on how we work. Contribute to the team's AI-first operating model — using AI tools in your daily workflow to accelerate documentation, analysis, testing and solution design.Keep the lights on. Support platform health: data integrity, security, integrations and the day-to-day responsiveness that keeps end users moving.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR5+ years in business systems, sales/revenue operations, or GTM technology roles — with proven, hands-on experience owning Salesforce end-to-end (configuration, flows, objects, integrations, data)Admin-level Salesforce experience with a builder's mindset — you're most comfortable when you're in the system doing the work, not just advising on itExperience partnering with GTM teams on AI strategy and implementation — you've helped define the approach and shipped it, not just participated in the conversationStrong systems thinking — you see upstream and downstream impacts, design for longevity, and don't automate broken processesStakeholder fluency — you can hold firm on technical constraints while keeping relationships intact, and you translate complexity into language executives actually act onData fluency — you extract, validate and interpret data to validate what you build and decide what comes nextComfort with ambiguity — this team is building its own playbook and you'll help write it; you don't need a perfect brief to get startedExperience with iPaaS platforms (MuleSoft, Workato, Boomi or similar) for integration work is a strong plusFamiliarity with the full GTM ecosystem — marketing automation, CS platforms, PSA and support tooling — and how they connect to SalesforceAI-first by default: you already reach for AI tools in your daily work, experiment on your own, and are genuinely curious about what's next — not just willing to use AI when askedGeographic Responsibility: Remote, USType of Employment: Full-time, permanentFLSA Classification (USA Only): ExemptWork Environment: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this
