At the same time, we need a prospecting rockstar who is not afraid to pick up the phone, handle rejection, and create opportunities every day. The person we hire will become the front-end owner of lead generation and appointment creation within the business. As the company grows, this role is expected to grow as well through leadership opportunities, increased responsibility, operational influence, and future team development. We are not looking for someone seeking another temporary remote job. We are looking for someone who wants to build a career. Primary Focus: - Generating listing appointments for the real estate broker that lead to signed listing agreements, referral opportunities, and closed transactions. Investor deals are secondary under our business model. Some investor opportunities may be part of the role, but the primary focus is seller lead generation and listing appointment creation. 12-Month Target: - Generate enough qualified opportunities to support approximately 35 closed transactions. The ISA will be responsible for leads from the time they enter the system until they become a signed client. Required Experience: - Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of real estate ISA, appointment setting, SDR, or outbound sales experience. - Must include at least 1 year of cold calling and appointment setting focused on listing appointment generation, with excellent objection-handling skills. - Expired listing and FSBO calling experience preferred. - Circle prospecting experience preferred. - Investor / cash offer lead calling experience is welcomed, but investor deals are secondary under our business model. - CRM experience required. - Excellent spoken English. - Neutral or easy-to-understand accent for U.S. clients. - Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls. - Strong objection handling. - Strong follow-up discipline. - Experience with appointment confirmation and no-show reduction. - Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time hours. - Full-time commitment preferred. - Long-term position, not a side hustle.
