Compensation:
- Colombia: COP 5,000,000 – 5,600,000 per month.
- Mexico: MXN 28,000 – 31,000 per month.
- Argentina: USD 1,700 – 1,900 per month.
About the Role:
We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator Specialist to support a growing SaaS organization by optimizing Salesforce processes, improving user adoption, and driving operational efficiency across multiple business areas.
In this role, you will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, and Operations teams to manage and enhance Salesforce capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Knowledge, and Communities. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and passionate about delivering scalable solutions that support business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily Salesforce support and guidance to end users.
- Deliver training sessions and promote Salesforce adoption across teams.
- Configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Knowledge, Communities, and CPQ.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and process automations using Salesforce Flow.
- Manage user access, permissions, profiles, and security settings.
- Gather business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to implement effective solutions.
- Lead Salesforce CPQ initiatives, including configuration of Quotes, Orders, Products, Contracts, Pricing, and related processes.
- Perform data imports, cleansing, deduplication, validation, and optimization activities.
- Support integrations and release management processes.
- Maintain system documentation and configuration records.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and identify root causes to deliver effective solutions.
Requirements:
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration.
- 1+ year of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ.
- Strong experience using Salesforce Flow.
- Experience gathering business requirements and performing functional analysis.
- Advanced skills in Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1).
Mandatory Certifications:
- Candidates must hold both of the following certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.
- Applications without these certifications will not be considered.
Nice to Have:
- SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language).
- Experience with DocuSign and Conga integrations.
