OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Team Leader to support our Talent Acquisition Director in overseeing recruitment operations. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and possesses strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. The Talent Acquisition Team Lead will play a key role in ensuring team performance, maintaining quality standards, and driving continuous improvement across the recruitment process.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Talent Acquisition Director in managing the day-to-day operations of the recruitment teamMonitor team performance and ensure KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, submissions, interview-to-hire ratios) are consistently metEnsure recruiting processes and best practices are strictly followed across the teamEvaluate interviews conducted by recruiters and provide feedback to improve quality and effectivenessConduct regular quality checks on candidate profiles before submission to ensure alignment with role requirements and client expectationsTrain, mentor, and onboard Talent Acquisition Specialists to enhance their skills and performanceIdentify performance gaps and implement coaching or corrective actions as neededCollaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and alignment throughout the hiring processAssist in developing and improving recruitment strategies, workflows, and standardsMaintain high standards of professionalism, accountability, and team moraleQualificationsProven experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a similar role, with exposure to team management or leadership responsibilitiesStrong understanding of recruiting metrics and performance managementExperience in training, mentoring, or coaching recruiters or Talent Acquisition SpecialistsExcellent communication skills (both verbal and written)Strong attention to detail and ability to assess candidate quality effectivelyHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProblem-solving mindset with a proactive and positive attitudeAbility to enforce processes while maintaining strong working relationships with the teamWhat We’re Looking ForSomeone who is smart, resourceful, and takes ownership of their workA strong team player with a great attitude and a high level of professionalismA leader who can balance accountability with support and mentorshipA clear and confident communicator who can work effectively across all levelsSomeone who’s willing to learn and has a “can-do” attitudeBudget$1000-1200/month
